EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

Exercise Physiologists help meet a wide range of health and well being needs. We can prescribe, supervise and progress exercises for  those with chronic health conditions/illnesses, athletes requiring load management, and anyone, regardless of age, who is striving to achieve health goals. Exercise Physiologists will carry out specific screening, monitoring and guidance to allow patients to exercise safely and effectively.

We pride ourselves on providing individually focused, one-on-one exercise physiology services.

Our longer than average treatment times allow our accredited ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia) Exercise Physiologists to assess and treat you comprehensively.

All interventions are backed by the latest evidence based research as all BODYSYSTEM® Exercise Physiologists are active participants in continuing education and training.
